The Role: We are seeking a skilled Technical Pre-Post Sales Engineer to join our Customer Success department. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between sales and customer success, ensuring seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-sales activities for prospects, including technical deployment sessions, initial onboarding, and POC kick-offs, while providing support to the sales team.
• Serve as the main point of contact for our customers post-sale, conducting technical onboarding sessions, quarterly reviews, and driving adoption and retention.
• Identify and facilitate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value.
• Engage in remote, customer-facing interactions to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Hands-on experience with network infrastructure (troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls) and hypervisors (deploying VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) – Mandatory.
• Comfortable working with Linux-based and Windows-based systems.
• Working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong plus.
• Experience in negotiation, procurement, and contract management is a plus.

• Full-time position based in Ramat Gan (Bursa). The position is mainly in-office.
