DevOps Engineer

One of our clients, a rapidly growing deep-tech startup, is looking to hire a Senior DevOps Engineer to join its core technical team.

This company is on a mission to transform the way organizations manage and leverage data by developing cutting-edge, AI-powered data infrastructure. Their flagship product is a cloud-native SaaS platform designed to streamline how enterprises interact with their data warehouses—boosting efficiency, scalability, and intelligence.

The company is led by seasoned founders with a strong track record in building data-driven products. They recently raised a $25M seed funding round, backed by leading international venture capital firms, reflecting strong confidence in their vision and execution.

As the first DevOps hire in the company, you will play a foundational role in building and shaping their infrastructure strategy, tooling, and operations from scratch. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of cloud infrastructure in a greenfield environment and establish the foundation for a DevOps culture and practices in a fast-paced startup.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Architect, build, and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers the company’s SaaS platform.
• Lead decisions on cloud architecture, deployment strategies, infrastructure tooling, and scalability.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and observability infrastructure.
• Help establish DevOps practices, tooling, and standards across the engineering organization.

Must-Haves:

• 6+ years of DevOps experience, ideally in B2B SaaS environments, with full lifecycle ownership of cloud platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and at least one additional cloud provider (GCP or Azure).
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes (self-hosted, EKS, or GKE) in production environments.
• Proven ability to design and deploy CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps, cloud security best practices, and compliance standards.
• Experience implementing observability systems using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.
• Independent, proactive, and capable of leading infrastructure projects end-to-end.
