Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time remote Sales Manager who has worked in a BPO environment. If you do not have prior BPO experience, please do not apply. This role involves driving outbound sales, managing client pipelines, and closing deals that fuel our growth.

Requirements – Read Carefully

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a BPO/Outsource company
• Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation abilities
• Self-motivated, reliable, and thrives in a remote setup
