Senior Delphi Developer

Experienced Delphi Developer – Leading Payroll & Finance Company (#636754)

Location: Bnei Brak (near BSR Towers) | Hybrid Model – 2 Days Remote | Full-Time

A well-established and leading company in the payroll and finance sector is seeking an experienced Delphi Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on software development experience. This is a dream opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, as part of an advanced technological team, maintaining live systems serving thousands of clients.

• Develop and maintain existing applications in the Delphi environment.
• Write complex SQL queries for Access and/or Paradox databases.
• Develop and implement reports using QuickReport or FastReport.
• Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate closely with QA, Product, and IT teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering – Required.
• At least 5 years of recent experience in Delphi development – Required.
• Proven experience in writing complex SQL queries – Required.
• Experience with QuickReport or FastReport – Advantage.
• Experience with Access and/or Paradox databases – Advantage.
• Experience with C# – Advantage.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, and working with APIs – Advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and self-learning skills.

🕒 Work Schedule:

Full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 08:30–17:00

Hybrid model – two days of remote work per week.
