New Product Introduction Engineer

NPI Engineer – Defense Electronics Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the introduction of new products into manufacturing, from prototype to mass production.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth product handover.
• Develop and maintain BOMs, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Support DFM/DFT processes and lead design reviews from a manufacturing perspective.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with military and industry standards (e.g., MIL-STD, IPC).

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering, preferably in the defense or high-reliability electronics sector.
• Hands-on experience with PCB assemblies, electronic components, and electromechanical systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and engineering documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment.
