Job Description

About the role:

As a People Community and Engagement Lead at Sandisk Israel, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering employee experiences that foster engagement and connection, and enhance culture and wellbeing. You’ll work closely with teams across the company to roll out programs and events that bring people together and build a strong sense of community, while staying in tune with our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the People Community and Engagement activities at Sandisk Israel
• Planning and "Hands on" execution of all aspects of employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives that reflect our culture and values.
• Collect and review employee feedback and engagement metrics to evaluate program success and to continuously refine experiences, ensuring they remain relevant, meaningful, and impactful
• Collaborate with teams across the company (locally and globally) to ensure seamless execution
• Coordinate the planning, budgeting, and scheduling aspects of the initiatives
• Take part in "Global PCE forum", implement global PCE initiatives in Israel site
• Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days on-site)
  
  

Qualifications

• +8 years of experience in roles related to people engagement and wellness
• Passion for creating inclusive and engaging people-first experiences
• Strong project coordination skills with experience managing events, programs, and cross-functional initiatives
• A proactive, hands-on, and creative approach, with the ability to bring fresh ideas and approach
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about working with people and building relationships across teams
• A strong sense of ownership and attention to details
• Experience working in a dynamic global environment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and work independently
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Agile thinking, flexibility, and resistance in face of ambiguity
