We're looking for a versatile BI Developer who thrives on end-to-end ownership - from data warehouse architecture to stunning frontend visualizations.

What You'll Own:

• Serve as our company's BI expert
• Design and build compelling dashboards and visualizations that tell data stories
• Architect data pipelines, manage our DWH, and ensure seamless data flow
• Drive data-driven decisions across sales, marketing, and customer success teams

Your Mission:

• Build and maintain our complete BI infrastructure using tools like Tableau and Snowflake
• Extract, transform, and model data from multiple sources into actionable insights
• Create automated reporting solutions that empower teams to make smart decisions
• Design our data warehouse architecture and optimize performance
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on BI/Data Engineering experience
• Technical skills: SQL, Python, ETL processes, data modeling
• BI tools expertise: Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Comfortable with both data architecture and visualization design
• Strong communication - you'll be the bridge between technical and business teams
• Degree in quantitative field (Math, Engineering, Economics, Statistics) preferred
