We’re looking for a Customer Success Team Lead!
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a Customer Success team, both personally and professionally, driving team performance and fostering high service standards.
- Full ownership of the customer lifecycle – from onboarding through implementation, ongoing support, retention, sales, and billing processes.
- Developing short- and mid-term strategic plans for customer relationship management.
- Identifying customer challenges and opportunities, initiating solutions, and leading process improvements.
- Daily collaboration with Product and R&D teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience managing and motivating a Customer Success team.
- Previous experience in product companies / FinTech / SaaS, working with leading enterprises.
- Background in building service and operational processes.
- High-level English – verbal and written.
- Strong technical and business understanding.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
