AI Engineer

We're building a next-generation cash flow management platform that empowers finance teams with the clarity and tools they need to lead with confidence.

The company was founded by experienced entrepreneurs and executives from successful direct-to-consumer, SaaS, and public companies (ex-Harvard, Facebook, BCG, EY, MOD, private equity, and even an Olympic athlete).

As an AI Engineer, you will lead the development and integration of AI technologies across the platform to optimize cash flow, categorize transactions, and deliver strategic treasury insights.

What will you be responsible for?

• Build and scale machine learning capabilities for Panax’s AI-driven treasury platform.
• Drive end-to-end feature development, from research and experimentation to production.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to implement AI solutions that provide a cutting-edge user experience and deeper data insights.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Who are you?

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in the industry.
• 2+ years experience in Python.
• Practical experience working with LLMs and transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT, Falcon).
• Proven experience developing end-to-end AI/ML systems at scale, with hands-on experience in production environments.
• Experience with classic ML algorithms and technologies (e.g., boosted trees, embeddings, NLP models).
• Experience with AWS - advantage.
