We are looking for an experienced and data-driven SEO Manager to lead both our SEO and GEO (Generative AI Optimization) strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SEO and CRO best practices, combined with a strong curiosity for emerging technologies and industry trends. They possess a sharp analytical mindset and a strong grasp of cause-and-effect relationships, enabling them to not only surface “what” is happening in the data but also clearly articulate the “why” behind performance trends. This individual should be comfortable visualizing and presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership, translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations. They will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to develop and execute scalable, high-impact organic growth initiatives that drive business outcomes across our direct digital channel.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies to improve website traffic and conversion rates.
• Analyze website performance metrics, identify trends, and implement optimization tactics.
• Conducted keyword research and provided recommendations for content creation and optimization.
• Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to implement technical SEO improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO and GEO.
• Communicate KPIs & insights to management

What We Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SEO management.
• Strong understanding of SEO strategies and techniques.
• Ability to create a vision and lead teams to support and work toward that vision
• Experience with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in an international company is an advantage
