About the Position:
We are on the lookout for a motivated and energetic experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a vital part in generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. Collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams, you will create a pipeline of high-quality leads and arrange meetings for our sales executives. As the first point of contact for prospective BIScience customers, your contribution is essential to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential customers using platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital tools to build a robust lead pipeline.
- Implement outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, personalized email outreach, and multi-channel engagement with prospects.
- Innovate and execute strategies to enhance engagement and create new business opportunities.
- Evaluate and understand the needs of potential customers to determine their alignment with our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM system to track sales progress effectively.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including the number of calls made, emails sent, and qualified meetings scheduled.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an SDR in a tech company.
- experience in global market sales .
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- Additional languages as an advantage (especially Spanish and French).
- Technical understanding of managing SDR-related systems.
- Dedication, hard work, and strong self-motivation.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn (non-premium) – an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar- an advantage.
