IAM Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IAM Specialist to join our IT team. This role will be critical in building monday.com’s centralized Identity and Access Management (IAM) function, providing governance, security, and efficiency across a portfolio of organizations’ applications.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IAM Specialist to join our IT team. This role will be critical in building monday.com’s centralized Identity and Access Management (IAM) function, providing governance, security, and efficiency across a portfolio of organizations’ applications.

• Map application ownership, criticality, and access models across SaaS and on-premise systems.
• Design and implement a standardized RBAC framework and support IAM platform deployment.
• Develop governance for access control and manage joiner/mover/leaver processes via identity providers.
• Conduct access reviews, ensure audit readiness (SOX, etc.), and maintain identity governance documentation.
• Integrate applications into SSO/lifecycle tools and drive continuous improvements in access security.
  
  

• 3+ years in IAM or IT security, with hands-on experience in platforms like SailPoint or Saviynt.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, identity lifecycle, and SSO tools (Okta, Cerby preferred).
• Familiar with SOX, GDPR, ISO27001 compliance and audit support.
• Skilled in translating business/technical needs into access policies and managing complex projects.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, strong communicator; experience in fast-paced SaaS environments is a plus.
