System Manager

We are looking for a System Manager to lead our global IT team. In this role, you will lead our IT infrastructure operations, oversee a team of two professionals, and ensure our systems are efficient, secure, and reliable. This is a hands-on role that requires deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation across our infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure across multiple global offices
• Lead a small but highly professional team in the fields of systems and networks
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Azure AD
• Implement and maintain Windows 11 environments, including security, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Manage network topology: routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs, VLANs
• Maintain and support virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware)
• Enforce IT security policies and ensure alignment with industry best practices
• Provide hands-on support for complex issues and infrastructure challenges
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure global IT alignment and service quality
• Keep documentation updated (infrastructure, policies, procedures)
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and propose strategic improvements

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading IT/system teams
• Proven experience as a System Manager / IT Manager / Senior System Administrator in a global enterprise environment
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Azure AD)
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 11 architecture, security, and deployment
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, and wireless technologies
• Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware preferred)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and hybrid environments
• Proactive problem-solver with strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with IT security and compliance tools
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluent English – both written and verbal

Required qualification

· Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Solutions Architect or Cisco CCNA.

· Experience working in a multinational organization with a distributed workforce.

· Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for IT operations.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
