About The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Software Architect to join our leading capital markets FinTech. You will develop high-volume systems, explore new technologies, and ensure scalability. This role includes mentoring by, and working closely with Sharegain CTO.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural strategies and detailed technical engineering specifications.
• Ensure Sharegain remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
• Develop architectural proof-of-concepts, conduct research on technical innovations, and evaluate new technologies.
• Engage in all aspects of Sharegain’s technology stack. Evaluate new technologies and features to aid in scaling, provide enhanced features to customers, and improve internal processes.
• Review and enhance project direction, approach, and key artifacts to maintain development progress and ensure Sharegain’s solutions are scalable and sustainable.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic business environment.
• Coordinate with developers and product managers throughout the execution process.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to developers regarding software design.
  
  

• 4-5 years as a Senior Developer with application design experience.
• Expertise in cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
• Proficient in NodeJS/C#/Java/Python.
• Strong knowledge of microservices (k8s).
• Skilled in software architecture design.
• Experience with large-scale cloud solutions and implementing new technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and suggest optimal solutions.
• Commitment to high-quality, secure code with thorough design and code reviews.
