FINQ is reimagining wealth management using next-generation AI-driven investment technology. We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support and scale our external business relationships with key players across the financial ecosystem—asset managers, RIAs, institutional investors, VCs, conferences, and advisors.

This is a high-impact role at the forefront of transforming asset management.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Research and analyze the global landscape of potential partners and industry players.

• Initiate and support outreach to financial institutions and thought leaders.

• Manage partner engagement activities, events and relationship pipelines.

• Collaborate with internal teams on strategic growth initiatives.

• Track and report on business development KPIs and engagement metrics.

✅ Qualifications:

• Excellent research, organizational and communication skills.

• Prior experience in business development and/or fintech company.

• A proactive, relationship-focused mindset.

• Passion for finance, technology and innovation.

• Prior experience in financial services, business development or fintech – an advantage.

• Strong Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Familiarity with fintech, AI or investment technologies.

• Exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or basic data analysis.

• Use of modern tools like Notion, Airtable or Trello for productivity and project tracking.
