• Develop Windows-based desktop applications for the control, management, operation, and visualization of unmanned aerial vehicles
• Provide ongoing support to field teams and adapt to evolving operational needs
• Work with ground systems including control, communications, video, mission planning, and more
• Integrate with third-party systems – modems, maps, cameras, AI, and others
• Be a significant part of the full development cycle – from writing code to final delivery

• 2+ years of experience in .NET or C# desktop development, including work with WPF, XAML
• Strong understanding of OOP principles – design and implementation using classes, hierarchies, design patterns, and clean, modular code
• Experience with Git, SourceTree, Jira or other source control and task management tools – branching, merging, and bug tracking in collaborative development environments
• Experience working with geographic systems (e.g. ESRI ArcGIS) – mapping, route planning, data layer integration, and 3D applications – strong advantage
• familiarity with NoSQL databases – an advantage
• Familiarity with aerial systems or operational command-and-control systems - an advantage

• Passion for the field, curiosity to explore complex systems, and a strong desire to grow
• Ability to work with other development and engineering teams
