Role Overview:

We're seeking a passionate and intellectually curious GenAI Exploration Lead (Intern or Graduate Trainee) to join our innovation team. This unique role is designed for a recent graduate or student who is eager to dive deep into the rapidly evolving world of Generative AI (GenAI). You’ll play a critical role in identifying, experimenting with, and assessing GenAI technologies and their impact on our core business areas — from e-commerce and customer support to operations and content generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on research into state-of-the-art GenAI models, platforms, and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, open-source tools).
• Explore real-world applications of GenAI across customer experience, marketing automation, content creation, product discovery, and beyond.
• Build and test small prototypes to validate ideas and assess feasibility for business integration.
• Stay up to date on academic papers, industry trends, benchmarks, and new GenAI launches.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to understand business pain points and identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Document insights, present findings, and recommend next steps for exploration or productization.

Who You Are:

• A final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• Passionate about AI, emerging technologies, and their business implications.
• Curious, analytical, and self-driven with a strong desire to learn.
• Familiar with Python and/or common AI libraries (not mandatory, but a plus).
• Excellent research and communication skills — able to simplify complex ideas for different stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and exploring open-ended challenges.
