Inviting applications for the role of PMO
As a PMO (Project Management Officer) in the software business unit, you will act as a key advisor and right-hand person to the Head of Orchestration R&D, providing strategic support, managing projects, and ensuring effective communication and coordination within the units. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, the ability to handle a variety of tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ideally, the candidate will possess a corporate background, along with strong storytelling capabilities, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience in creating dashboards and tracking mechanisms for all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support:
• Collaborate with the executive to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals in the software world.
• Provide research and analysis with a focus on the software industry to support decision-making processes.
- Communication and Liaison:
• Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders in the software domain.
• Efficiently handle written and verbal correspondence, maintaining professionalism and clarity in all communications, utilizing storytelling capabilities where necessary.
- Project Management:
- • Coordinate and oversee key projects and initiatives within the business unit.
- • Ensure projects are on track, and deadlines are met, leveraging dashboard and tracking mechanisms for effective project monitoring.
- Meeting Preparation:
- • Prepare the executive for meetings by creating agendas, gathering necessary materials, and providing relevant background information, utilizing Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Problem-Solving:
- • Address challenges and issues that arise within the executive's responsibilities, proposing effective solutions in the dynamic software environment.
- Time Management:
- • Manage the executive's schedule, prioritize tasks, and assist in time management to maximize productivity, especially in the fast-paced software world.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- • Conduct comprehensive data analysis in the context of the software industry to derive meaningful insights and inform decision-making processes.
- • Utilize advanced data analytics tools and techniques to extract, clean, and analyze data sets related to business unit operation.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a support or advisory role, ideally within the corporate software sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration – Preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with experience in creating dashboards for tracking activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with storytelling capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail in the software world.
• Proficient in data analysis with a keen ability to interpret and present data clearly and insightfully.
• Fluent in English
