We are excited to announce an opportunity to expand our team! The Samueli Integrative Cancer Pioneering Institute at the Rabin Medical Center is looking for a skilled Research Assistant and GMP Specialist to join our innovative group.

As a center of excellence, we lead groundbreaking, integrative, and impactful research that drives innovation in cancer treatment and cell therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and execution of cell therapy production under GMP conditions.
• Plan and execute translational research projects.
• Perform and document quality control assays (e.g., FACS, ELISA, PCR).
• Contribute to molecular biology tasks, including cloning and assay development.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with GMP standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, clinicians, regulatory staff and AI specialists.
• Explore and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to cell therapy and cancer research.

Key Qualifications:

·        Academic degree in life sciences

·        3+ years of hands-on experience in cell culture techniques

·        Interest in clinical and translational research

·        Experience with GMP production and regulation (preferred, but not required)

·        Willingness to work under GMP regulations

·        Proficiency in FACS, ELISA, and PCR

·        Experience in molecular biology and molecular cloning

·        Strong enthusiasm for new technologies and research innovation

·        Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills

·        High proficiency in English
