Job Description

We’re looking for a Full Stack Lead to join our R&D team and take a central role in shaping and scaling our platform. You'll be key in driving revenue growth, 'flipping stones' to discover and implement high-impact strategies across the funnel, not just focusing on optimization, but actively shaping our growth trajectory.

Who You Are

• At least 5 years of experience developing enterprise-grade services and applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Web Fullstack development using Node.js, TypeScript, Vue 3, JavaScript, and Python.
• Proven experience as a strong Full Stack Developer or Squad lead ready to step into a management role.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading a project or feature end-to-end.
• Great communication skills and fluent English.
• Energetic team player, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Experience deploying serverless services and working with CI/CD pipelines (Terraform is a plus).

What You’ll Do

• Lead a squad of developers, managing development tasks and providing technical guidance
• Collaborate with a multifunctional team to identify and execute the key strategic changes that will unlock growth
• Design and implement scalable features across the stack.
• Conduct code reviews and take part in technical planning and roadmap building.
