Marketing Account Manager

We're looking for a Marketing Account Manager to join our marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary POC for clients, developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients based on trust and transparency.
• Understand clients' business objectives, target audience, and marketing needs to develop effective strategies and marketing plans for delivering consistent growth.
• Work closely with internal teams, such as designers and developers, to craft impactful marketing solutions.
• Manage incoming and outgoing briefs and assignments to ensure a smooth flow of information and objectives.
• Simultaneously handle various projects, guaranteeing timely completion and exceptional deliverable quality.
• Analyse and monitor performance for short and long-term action items with a deep understanding of ROI.
• Identify opportunities and challenges faced by clients and develop innovative solutions.
• Keep clients in the loop with regular updates and reports about the project's progress and results.

Qualifications & Experience:

• +3 Years of marketing account management - Mandatory.
• Strong understanding of paid media platforms, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
• A keen eye for high-level design and copywriting, and the ability to provide feedback for improvement.
• Highly independent, fast learner, efficient, meticulous eye for details, and results-oriented
• Extraordinary written and verbal customer-focused communication skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies and business KPIs.
• Excellent project management capabilities, able to prioritise tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic, rapid environment.
• High motivation and willingness to work as a team member.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, both spoken and written, make sure ideas come across loud and clear.
