What You’ll Do:

🔹 Lead day-to-day operations of a chemical production facility under GMP and safety standards

🔹 Oversee production planning and execution in collaboration with planning and logistics teams

🔹 Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements

🔹 Manage a team of operators across shifts – including training, mentoring, and performance oversight

🔹 Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational KPIs

🔹 Drive continuous improvement and contribute to strategic production goals

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ B.Sc. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) – required

✔️ M.Sc. in Engineering or Management – a strong advantage

✔️ 3–4 years of proven experience in production management – required

✔️ Background in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing under GMP – required

✔️ Demonstrated experience managing shift-based teams

✔️ Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
