Cyber and IT Specialist

A leading defense company in Haifa is seeking a Cyber and Information Security Systems Integrator.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implementation, and maintenance of CIS Benchmarks (Levels 1 and 2) across various platforms to ensure system hardening and regulatory compliance.
• Design, deployment, and maintenance of endpoint security solutions.
• Management and optimization of Network Access Control (NAC) solutions based on 802.1x to ensure secure device authentication and network access.
• Planning, configuring, and maintaining firewall infrastructure, enforcing security policies, and ensuring optimal performance.
• Administration of VMware virtualization infrastructure with a focus on security configurations.
• Managing and securing Windows and Linux operating systems in an enterprise environment.
• Developing and maintaining security documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical specifications.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT security engineering.
• Hands-on experience with implementing CIS Benchmarks (Levels 1 and 2).
• Extensive experience with enterprise security solutions such as Trellix (or similar).
• Proven expertise in endpoint security, device control, and application control.
• In-depth knowledge of implementing and maintaining 802.1x NAC.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise firewalls, including IPsec VPNs.
• Advanced knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux operating systems in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in security automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
