Software Engineer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a mid-level Python Backend Developer to join our team in building scalable, high-performance backend systems and AI applications. This role is ideal for someone with a solid development foundation who’s ready to work on cutting-edge technologies (LLMs and AI Agents).

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems and APIs using Python.
• Work with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases to ensure efficient data storage, access, and performance.
• Build AI applications by integrating large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, or open-source alternatives.
• Implement and manage MCP servers to support structured context workflows.
• Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

Required Skills:

• 3 years of backend development experience using Python or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Proficiency in working with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Solid understanding of LLM-related concepts and frameworks: LangChain, prompt engineering, and vector databases (e.g., Milvus, Pinecone).
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and writing asynchronous Python code.
• Familiarity with microservice architectures and cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical discipline

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Practical experience deploying LLM-powered applications in production.
• Understanding of multi-agent systems and context-aware orchestration strategies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Some knowledge or experience with Node.js development.
