Job Description:

As our Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in growing our property portfolio. You will be provided with warm leads—homeowners who have expressed interest in selling their properties. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating the property, negotiating terms, and closing the deal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and build rapport with property owners interested in selling
• Analyze property details and determine investment potential
• Negotiate purchase agreements that align with company goals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closing processes
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and deal status in our CRM
