Director of Operations

Nanomotion is a fast-growing company, leader in development and production of precision motion solutions. Nanomotion is fully owned by Johnson Electric (JE), a public company, global leader in various motion product mostly related to electro-magnetic motors.

Nanomotion solutions are used in Semiconductor, medical, space, optronics, and other areas.

The Director of Operations is expected to build a long-term successful organization and lead Operations Department in its execution. Operations team includes Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics and Quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver on-time high quality products, according with Nanomotion business goals and commitments.

2. Establish processes and procedures for an effective and excellent operations’ organization.

3. Develop a highly capable and agile Operations team.

4. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

5. Supply chain management, strategic management of suppliers Manage budgets and forecasts

6. Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability

7. Serve as an active management member with Nanomotion

Requirements:

1. Min: B.A Logistics/ B.Sc. in Engineering

2. Experience in Management of substantial production of complex products for high demanding customers industries.

3. Corporate experience

4. Soft skills: Resilient, leader, ability to create engagement within the team

5. Hard skills: High level of operational knowledge and financial skills

6. Fluent English

7. Ability to travel abroad as needed
