Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a frontend orientation who is excited about AI, passionate about creating intuitive user experiences, and eager to help redefine the future of hiring.

What You’ll Do:

• Full Ownership of Features : Take responsibility for the design and development of impactful features from concept to deployment, with an emphasis on frontend components.
• Frontend-Focused Development : Build intuitive, scalable, and beautiful UI interfaces using Vue.js and TypeScript that power our SaaS platform.
• Backend Contribution : Work on backend APIs and services in Node.js, Python, and Laravel to support your frontend features.
• Drive Product Quality : Apply strong testing strategies to both frontend and backend code, ensuring stability and maintainability.
• Collaborate Effectively : Work closely with stakeholders across various functions to create user-focused features, participating in everything from ideation to implementation.
• Mentor Team Members : Support and guide less experienced engineers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of software development experience, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.
• 4+ years of frontend experience, ideally in Vue.js and TypeScript (React/Angular2+ experience is also relevant if you're willing to learn Vue).
• Backend experience in one or more of: Node.js, Python, or Laravel (PHP).
• Strong understanding of modern frontend development, including component-based architecture, state management, and responsive design.
• A passion for clean code, testing, and delivering exceptional UX.
• Comfortable taking ownership, making product-impact decisions, and working autonomously.
• Bonus points for experience with: AI/LLM-based features, AWS and MySQL, Leading projects or mentoring team members.
