VP Engineering

A leading and innovative company in the field of cyber threat intelligence is looking for an experienced VP Engineering to join the executive team and lead the technological development efforts.

The role includes managing and building engineering teams, overseeing architecture and product development, recruiting engineers, defining development processes and technology standards, and driving a tech strategy that supports the company's growth and business goals.

Requirements:

● 7+ years of senior development experience, with at least 3 years as VP Engineering/R&D or CTO, preferably in startups.

● Proven experience managing multiple development teams in the organization.

● Strong experience leading the development of complex SaaS applications.

● Deep understanding of technology architecture, cloud infrastructure, databases, security, and DevOps.

● Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive product architecture.

● Ability to lead and optimize development processes.

● Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
