Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Production Site Manager to oversee warehouse, production, and quality departments within a leading industrial electronics company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for managing warehouse, production, and quality teams.
• Developing work plans, planning, and managing production processes according to demand and orders.
• Supervising production schedules and coordinating between different production departments.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, including IPC610/620 and AS9100 certifications.
• Monitoring quality issues, conducting investigations, and implementing improvement solutions.
• Overseeing warehouse operations, maintaining order and organization.
• Setting inventory management policies, optimizing workflows, and controlling stock efficiently.
• Leading employee development, training, and retention efforts.
• Defining goals and objectives for department managers and staff, and monitoring performance.
• Collaborating with other departments to synchronize processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field – mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in operations, including warehouse, production, and quality management – mandatory.
• Experience in the electronics industry – significant advantage.
• Proven track record managing large teams – mandatory.
• Proficiency with Priority ERP system – mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills, including report analysis, KPI development, and data presentation.
• Excellent organizational and task prioritization abilities.
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently.
• High interpersonal skills and sound decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent command of English.
