 We’re Hiring: Clinical Team Lead

Are you a strong people manager with hands-on experience in clinical IT systems? A leading healthcare organization is looking for a Clinical Team Lead to manage and mentor a professional team, lead key clinical platforms (such as MetaVision and Cameleon), and play a strategic role in shaping digital health services.

In This Role, You Will:

- Manage and mentor a team of clinical specialists

- Own the full lifecycle of clinical systems: planning, implementation, integration, maintenance, and support

- Collaborate with hospital departments, end-users, IT leadership, and external vendors

- Lead roadmap planning, resource allocation, and performance reviews

- Identify and drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency

- Ensure regulatory and security compliance across systems

 What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience managing teams in a clinical IT or healthcare systems environment

- Strong leadership skills

- Hands-on expertise with systems like MetaVision, Cameleon, or similar hospital-grade platforms

- Strong familiarity with HL7, DICOM, and interoperability standards

- Successful track record of leading complex projects in clinical settings

- Experience working with both internal stakeholders and external vendors

- Familiarity with AGILE or hybrid project methodologies

- Background in hospitals (public or private)
