🎗️🎗️ We're Hiring: IT / Infrastructure Manager
A leading logistics organization is looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy IT / Infrastructure Manager to lead its hybrid (on-prem + cloud) IT environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead infrastructure strategy and execution across local and cloud environments
- Manage internal IT team and external vendors/integrators
- Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, upgrades, and new implementations
- Run IT and infrastructure-related projects end to end
- Ensure high standards of security, disaster recovery, and business continuity
What We're Looking For
- Up to 10 years of experience in IT/infrastructure roles – mandatory
- Proven experience managing a small team and integrators – mandatory
- Hands-on experience with VMware environments – mandatory
- Solid knowledge of Oracle – mandatory
- Experience with OCR technologies – mandatory
- Microsoft 365 & Exchange tenant management
- B.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering / Information Systems
Advantages:
- Experience with Veeam backup systems
- Familiarity with SAP Business One and Unifreight
- Strong command of SQL / PL-SQL
- Knowledge in VBA and Excel
- Exposure to Palo Alto firewalls and cybersecurity tools
- Experience with Power BI
- Understanding of modern IT methodologies and best practices
Location: Central Israel | Full-time or 80%
