Documentation Expert:

Revision and change control of HTC production files (DMRs) and customer support documents

Review change orders (ECOs) in Agile to assure compliance with documentation requirements

Distributes the released ECOs/production files to the relevant subcontractors/ functionaries

Ensures process monitoring and control activities to maintain high quality of HTC revision and change control, verify process effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement

Supports continuously improvement of ECO and Document control processes and reducing ECOs cycle times

Archiving SW master's media and maintaining copies for subcontractors and HTC users

Manages safe archive for released SW items

Duplicate copies of SW items for backup, media suppliers and for use by HTC users / subcontractors

Handling Document Approval (DAP) in Agile

Maintains and controls revisions of non-DMR documents

Supports and trains users on document approval process

Experience and Education:

Experience reviewing technical documents (in English and Hebrew)

Experience in Medical Device industry or medical fields

Experience in a documentation or engineering department.

Good understanding of technical processes, Microsoft Office, Very good English skills
