We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst – someone who understands business processes and knows how to translate them into smart system solutions.

✨ Experience with implementation is a big plus!

What You'll Be Doing:

🔹 Analyzing business needs and defining CRM requirements

🔹 Writing functional and technical specifications for Dynamics CRM

🔹 Collaborating with development and business teams

🔹 Supporting and implementing Dynamics-based solutions across the organization

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM – required

✔️ Hands-on implementation experience – an advantage

✔️ Strong analytical and communication skills

✔️ Ability to see the big picture while managing details
