Position: Salesforce CRM Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

• Provide support and guidance to CRM system users throughout the entire system lifecycle.
• Manage organizational CRM applications on the Novidea platform, built on Salesforce technology — including understanding solutions, performing integration testing, defining business requirements, and supporting the rollout of new processes.
• Understand business and technical requirements, collaborating with development and implementation teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Create and maintain Flows and Lightning Components to automate business processes, simplify user operations, and enhance system performance.
• Manage tasks and projects along timelines while ensuring targets are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a relevant technology field — mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Salesforce Implementation Specialist — mandatory.
• Experience working with Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with other CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with a variety of internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
• Experience in the insurance sector is a plus.
• High service orientation and ability to work independently with multiple interfaces.
