Advanced Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

You will

Evaluate supplier performance (local and worldwide), conduct audits and implement quality improvement initiatives to achieve exceptional product reliability and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Maintain close communication with operational material managers and logistics regarding the complaint process.

Collaborate with the global system integration supply chain team

Organize returns or corrections with suppliers and maintain detailed 8-D reports.

Analyze supplier quality status, identify trends, and derive improvement measures.

Conduct the complaint process for externally sourced components/materials.

You have

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field - Must

Certification in Quality Engineering (CQE) - Advantage

 5+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering– Must

Knowledge in the manufacturing of electronic or mechatronic components – Advantage

Experience  in the medical/security/semiconductors industry – Advantage

Experience in reading complex assembly and individual part drawings, specifications, and standards – Advantage

Experience in use of quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, PDCA) – Advantage

Fluent English (read, write & talk) - Must

Experience in collaborating with German corporations and/or proficiency in the German language – Advantage.

Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001) – Advantage

Willingness to travel abroad 3-4 times a year .
