Our Digital Department is looking for a UX Specialist to join the team.
This role includes end-to-end responsibility for the user experience — from concept to development — and requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to create detailed functional specifications, write requirement documents, and work with development teams.
Requirements:
- Relevant portfolio
- Degree / diploma / certification in UX/UI
- 2+ years of experience in all stages of the UX process (UI design – an advantage)
- Experience in designing complex systems and service/ sales processes (financial domain – a plus)
- Experience with both app and web (responsive UX)
- Strong microcopy writing skills – a significant advantage
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Background in development or experience working closely with dev teams – an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
