Campaign Manager (Full-Time, Tel Aviv)

Are you passionate about marketing, especially the world of online advertising? Do you love crafting strategies that drive impactful results? 

We're looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of the brands we work with through your love for digital marketing.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide full management of all paid campaigns for the brands we work with on different platforms.
• Strategize, plan, and execute effective media plans and paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Pmax, etc), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Native (Taboola, Outbrain), TikTok, Bing, etc.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand brand goals and deliver successful campaign outcomes.
• Use your deep understanding of digital advertising to manage budgets, optimize performance, and analyze data.
• Write compelling ad copy that captures attention and drives conversions.
• Prepare detailed, data-driven reports and deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure the best results by collaborating with the client's team!

What You Bring:

• At least 2 years of experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
• A love for marketing with a special focus on online advertising.
• High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, both spoken and written, with excellent grammar skills.
• A proven track record of managing Google Ads campaigns and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and report creation.
• Detail-oriented with a creative touch to produce high-performing campaigns.
• Familiarity with social media and copywriting.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
