Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Commercial and Technology Lawyer located in the Tel Aviv. The Lawyer will be responsible for handling commercial contracts and technology contracts, providing legal advice, addressing legal issues, and support clients on data privacy compliance, on a day-to-day basis. This role supports clients globally looking to do business under English law.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years experience preferred
• Relevant experience required
• UK qualified solicitor
• Open to candidates from other jurisdictions, if there is extensive experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
