Senior Product Manager

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager on behalf of one of our clients – a top-tier tech company operating in the AdTech and online video space. This is a highly specific and strategic role, requiring deep domain expertise in video products within B2B and AdTech environments.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the strategy for video platform solutions in the publisher market.
• Translate large-scale data initiatives into actionable product features.
• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, driving internal adoption of video workflows.
• Write detailed product specifications and lead cross-team collaboration with engineering.
• Conduct thorough market research, user interviews, and usability testing to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with product designers to build top-tier user experiences and define user personas.
• Define and implement Go-To-Market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
• Be a domain expert within the company, promoting innovation and growth.

Requirements – Must Have

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B companies – mandatory
• Hands-on experience in AdTech, with a focus on video platforms/products – mandatory
• Proven experience taking a product from concept to market adoption – mandatory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly independent, proactive, and strategic thinker
• Data-driven approach – capable of making decisions based on analytics, research, and KPIs
