Product Manager

We're hiring a Product Manager for our GCX department!

Job Description:

• Mastering user/customer needs and acting as the VOC (Voice of Customer) regarding his/her products
• Delivering MRDs for products integrating Hardware/Software/IOT of the products, setting product KPIs, and prioritizing features corresponding with business justification
• Defining product positioning within the company’s portfolio and the competitive landscape
• Communicating the value proposition of his products to the Business Units
• Collaborating in the development of full marketing collateral kits, detailing and expressing all required product data and information and telling the story needed to make a sale
• Managing the entire product lifecycle from definition to EOL
• Owning and developing his/her product line / category P&L while delivering profitable revenue growth
• Acting as the single focal point for all product-related knowledge and issues

Required Skills:

• B.Sc in computer science, mechanical engineering, electronics or chemical engineering from a well-known university, or B.Des from well-known design academy.
• MBA from a well-known university is desired
• At least 4 years of experience in physical product management (hardware + software) – mandatory.
• At least 2 roles of product management position technological companies
• Experience in consumer products company with technological orientation – advantage
• Proven track record defining, developing, and launching new products
• Experience working in a global environment
• Understanding of IoT product - advantage
• Experience leading teams in a matrix organization
• Experience managing multiple parallel projects in an agile environment
• Demonstrated combination of technical and marketing knowledge and capabilities
