BTB is expanding and looking for a Business Credit Analyst to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of finance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Evaluate Business and Private Credit Applications: Conduct in-depth analysis of credit requests from a wide range of businesses and private clients, assessing financial health and business potential.
• Lead Professional Analysis Interviews: Engage with entrepreneurs and business owners to understand their unique needs, challenges, and growth strategies.
• Analyze Financial Statements and Business Environments: Review financial data, assess business performance, and analyze market trends to make informed credit decisions.
• Provide Data-Driven Credit Recommendations: Use advanced analytical tools to generate well-supported recommendations on loan amounts, terms, and conditions.
• Work with Advanced Technological Systems: Leverage state-of-the-art digital platforms for credit portfolio management, risk analysis, and process optimization.

• 1–2 years of experience in credit analysis.
• Proven experience working with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Experience with government-backed loan funds – a significant advantage.
• Understanding of fintech and non-banking credit markets – an advantage.
