A fast-growing startup in the defense-tech space is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead its global marketing efforts. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
Digital Marketing & Content:
- Create and manage posts, newsletters, marketing materials, and thought leadership content.
- Oversee paid campaigns and social media presence (especially LinkedIn).
- Maintain and update the company website and grow the contact base.
Event & Field Marketing:
- Work closely with the business development team to manage lead generation from events.
- Plan and execute global demos, roadshows, and exhibitions, from logistics to promotion.
PR & Communications:
- Manage PR efforts, work with external agencies, and build relationships with media and industry stakeholders.
- Support investor relations and strengthen brand exposure globally.
Content Writing:
- Craft compelling content for presentations, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Track and analyze marketing performance through reports and CRM tools (e.g., Monday).
- Monitor competitors and adjust strategy accordingly.
Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience
- Experience in the defense/military sector – a strong advantage
- Existing relationships with relevant media outlets – a plus
- Strong writing and communication skills in English and Hebrew
- Highly organized, independent, and proactive
- Comfortable with flexible hours as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and excellent execution skills
