Control-M System Administrator (5321)

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Control-M system – including operations, upgrades, monitoring, and quality control

Design and schedule critical business processes across the organization

Develop tailored automations to optimize operational workflows using PowerShell

Identify and resolve complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and generate detailed reports

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams

Work in a cloud-based environment

Provide advanced technological solutions aligned with organizational needs

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and implement them within the organization

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing Control-M environments

Strong scripting skills in PowerShell

In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure (operating systems, networks, databases)

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Hands-on experience with automation development and DevOps tools

Strong familiarity with Microsoft solutions

Experience working in a cloud environment

Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps methodologies
