Project Manager

Description

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team at Helfy!

In this role, you’ll be the glue that keeps cross-functional teams aligned, projects on track, and stakeholders informed — all while helping us scale a product that’s transforming digital healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate cross-team projects from planning to execution
• Define timelines, track progress, and resolve roadblocks
• Work closely with product, marketing, design, dev and data teams
• Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders and management
• Ensure deadlines are met and goals are aligned with company priorities
  
  

• 3+ years experience as a project manager (tech or digital environment)
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Monday, Asana, etc.)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a natural multitasker
• Great communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment — advantage
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management is nice to have.
