Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Own end-to-end project delivery for large-scale enterprise customers, managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and communications.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client-side project teams, including R&D, product, operations, and business units.
• Requirements Gathering: Translate complex customer requirements into detailed, actionable project plans and technical scopes.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive collaboration between Roojoom's engineering, product, support and business units to align with customer goals.
• Execution & Monitoring: Use agile methodologies to manage tasks, monitor progress, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Issue Resolution: Handle escalations, troubleshoot delivery roadblocks, and mitigate risks proactively.
• Presale - Lead technical presales efforts, including running product demonstrations and prepare presentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Management.
• Proven success in delivering software/SaaS projects to large enterprise clients, preferably in the Telco and/or Finance sectors.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, APIs, and data flows.
• Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, and Gant management tools
• Experience in building customer presentation and demonstrating products to prospects
