We’re looking for a Senior Software Architect to be part of a pioneering team that will lead the design and development of our product from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founders to design and implement robust, scalable systems that form the backbone of our offering and have a chance to play a key role and make a big impact on the company’s product and technology.

🧱 What You’ll Do

• Architect and build the entire SaaS product from scratch.
• Lead high-level and low-level design decisions that set the direction for years to come.
• Create software that uses cutting edge conversational AI, Agentic workflows, GenAI, and LLM models.
• Develop production-grade, secure, scalable systems for enterprise use.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape roadmap, features, and timelines.
• Establish core engineering practices: code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, infrastructure.

✅ Must-Haves

• 10+ years of experience as a software engineer or architect.
• Proven experience building and scaling enterprise-grade SaaS products
• Recent, on-going hands-on expertise with Python and Node.js (preferably both).
• Ability to independently lead architecture, design, and implementation.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Self-sufficient and proactive—you can take an idea from concept to launch.
• Strong grasp of production standards: security, performance, maintainability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - a seasonal “A-player” with exceptional technical expertise and a collaborative spirit—someone who values team collaboration, readily shares knowledge, and consistently puts the success of the project ahead of personal recognition.

🌟 Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with the data engineering space—tools like dbt, Spark, PySpark, AWS Glue, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.
• Experience building products for technical end-users.
• Experience building products that use natural language and LLM.
• Familiarity with web frontend development (React, TypeScript).
• Startup experience or “builder” mindset—comfortable wearing many hats and iterating quickly
