### **About the Role**
In this position, you’ll be responsible for **creating and managing B2C digital customer journeys**, integrating marketing strategy into each touchpoint, and delivering impactful personalized experiences. Your role will involve:
- Developing and optimizing **data-driven customer journeys**, ensuring strategic alignment with marketing objectives.
- Conducting **deep-dive data analysis and measurement**, including A/B testing and creative experimentation.
- **Collaborating with business stakeholders** to build actionable marketing plans and drive engagement.
- Exploring and implementing advanced **creative strategies** to enhance customer interactions.

### **Requirements**
- **Minimum of 2 years of experience** in a relevant field – a must!
- Strong knowledge of **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** – a must!
- Experience working with **AMPscript, SQL, and JavaScript**.
- Relevant **higher education** in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of **customer-centric marketing strategies**.
