We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Import/Export Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Tel Aviv.

What You'll Do:

• Manage all import/export shipments for B2B and B2C, including retail stores and international chains (sea and air freight).
• Open and track purchase orders with suppliers and customers, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
• Verify invoices, quantities, and pricing.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international partners.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for hundreds of SKUs.
• Ensure compliance with international product standards and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of proven experience in import/export logistics coordination.
• Hands-on experience managing inventory with hundreds of SKUs.
• Experience working with international suppliers and customers.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and product standards.
• Knowledge and experience in handling drops (direct shipments from supplier to customer) — mandatory.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and other relevant software tools (CRM, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Professional or native-level English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) — mandatory.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Immediate availability — an advantage.
