E-commerce Website Manager

A leading company in its category is seeking an experienced E-commerce Website Manager to own the digital strategy and drive online sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website, including user experience, customer journey, payment systems, and order fulfillment
• Analyze performance data and execute site optimizations to improve UX and business KPIs
• Manage and update website content, including maintaining the company blog
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns – including paid and organic search, social media, email marketing, and more
• Build and execute digital marketing strategies with clear KPIs and performance tracking
• Manage external partners such as digital agencies, SEO providers, creatives, and more
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Support, and Logistics

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree – an advantage
• At least 3 years of proven experience managing an e-commerce website
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
• Deep familiarity with leading e-commerce platforms
• Full proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics
• Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies and trends
• Experience creating newsletters, managing blogs, and working with email automation tools
• High level of independence, responsibility, initiative, and creativity
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• High-level proficiency in English
• On-site position based in Tel Aviv
• Experience in fashion, jewelry, or optics is a significant advantage.
