Project and Innovation Lead

About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic project leader for project-based work (not full-time employment). The work model is based on joining specific projects according to fit and availability, combining remote work and face-to-face meetings.

The role offers exposure to diverse content areas and organizations across all sectors, and the opportunity to be an active partner in real change processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or leading innovation processes and/or HR roles
• Native-level English - mandatory
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead and drive processes in complex environments
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders
• Based in Israel - this is not a remote position

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing client needs and defining tailored solutions
• Building and managing work plans
• Managing interfaces with various stakeholders in client organizations
• Leading change and innovation processes that empower employees to lead themselves
